Weakness is something that can be corrected and improved, whereas your personality trait is not. If you say something like I’m impatient that tell your employee that they will have an employer who is impatient pretty much all the time. It’s not something that can be fixed it’s just the way you are.
Something like I work too hard or I’m a perfectionist. In hiring process it became some kind of cliché.

In situations where there’s a deadline to be met, I tend to want things to be done quickly and efficiently and in these situations I have tended to finish my tasks quickly and consistently update myself on the status of my co-workers duties. This has made me appear to be impatient in front of others
As a result, I have learned to be cognisant of this fact and no longer try to constantly update myself on what my co-workers are up to as often. Instead, I’ve implemented weekly meetings where everyone comes to the table with their updates and that has led to greater efficiency for everyone involved
